She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Rippey and Georgia Rippey; and her sister Betty Jean Rippey. She is survived by: her children, Will Allen Matthews III (Wendy), Brandy Matthews and Victoria Webster (Robert); her grandchildren, Will Allen Matthews IV and Emily Rogers; her siblings, Mary Ann Birchett (Sam) and Ray Rippey; her nieces, Samantha Hunter (Drew) and Vanessa Wagner (Brian); her nephew David Birchett (Jeniece); and her cousin Sandra Eddins. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
