He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtle Kinlaw; and his brother Jerry Kinlaw. He is survived by: his significant other Inez Nelson; his children, Beverly Flannigan (Charlie), Marla Kaye Mangrum, Robert Lewis Kinlaw, Jr. and Tony K. Kinlaw (Martha Barfield); his grandchildren, Marla Kristine Kinlaw, Jason Robert Kinlaw, Jada Crumley, Sarah Industry, Bonnie Pelliccia, Chris Sapp, Emily Mangrum, Becky Mangrum and Tonni Amelia Ruth Kinlaw; and his sisters, Joyce Ede, Myrna White (Phil) and Teresa Wells. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
