He is survived by: his children, Amy Neely Bozzelli, Richard Neely (Tara), Dana Clark (David) and Cindy McCormick (Rickey); his grandchildren, Colt McCormick, Cale McCormick, Brittney Kurdy, Kayla Neely, Tyler Neely, Taryn Neely, Christen Smith, Matthew Clark, Ryan Bozzelli and Heather Bozzelli; his great grandchildren, Kourtney Smith, Katelynn Smith, Brooklyn Bozzelli and Nova Turner; and his brother Paul Edwin Neely, Sr..
