He is survived by: his daughters, Keran Card and Lisa Greene (Bobby); his grandchildren, Allison Card Breeding (Chase) and Chase Koehler; his great grandchildren, Gavin Koehler and Braxton Breeding; his sisters, Joyce Ledbetter, Brooke Ferguson and Danni Carol Waisner (Tony); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Johnson and Maxine Stewart.
