She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Samuel Griggs and Emma Mae Gobble; and her siblings, Theadore Griggs, Lucille Qualls and Sue Robbins.
She is survived by: her husband Paulie Hardie Franklin; her sisters, Dean Robertson and Shirley Collins; her children, Paul Franklin, Theresa Galbraith and Brian Franklin; her grandchildren, Jeremy Galbraith, Darrell Franklin, Megan Retherford and Noah Franklin; and her great grandchildren, Connor Galbraith, Ashlyn Franklin, Kailey Franklin, Ruth Carlisle Retherford and River Retherford.
