He was predeceased by: his parents, Fountain Brooks and Mary Irene Kelsey; and his brother Carlos Kelsey. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Rosalie Kelsey; his niece Karla McGlashan; his great-niece Meredith; and his great-nephew Seth McGlashan.
