She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Burgess and Mary Woodside Burgess; her brother Robert Burgess; and her husband Claude Raymond Sullivan, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Claude R. "Chip" Sullivan (Teresa); and her grandchildren, Kacy and Brady Sullivan.
