It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Adams (Madison, Tennessee), born in Columbia, Tennessee, who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Dory Lawrence Adams, Jr.; his grandparents, Dory Lawrence Adams, Sr., Leota Adams Lynn, Hollis Gilliam and Maggie Gilliam; and his nephew Bryan McClain Delk.
He is survived by: his parent Grace Corine Gilliam Adams; his sisters, Patricia Adams Delk of Columbia and Vickie Adams Matthews (Jim) of Pegram; and his niece Jennifer Delk Pendleton (Brent). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
