He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Flynt Sr. and Anna Aurelia Anderson Flynt; his brother William Lewis Flynt Jr. (Bill); and his brother-in-law Henry Luther Brooks (Lucy). He is survived by: his sister Anna Lucy Brooks (Henry); his sister-in-law Mildred Gass Flynt (Bill); his former wife Margie Bomar Flynt Osborne (Jason); his children, Jason Derek Flynt, Erica Nicole Flynt Corbitt (Josh) and Christopher Ryan Flynt; his grandchildren, Oliver Stephen Ticaric, Sydney Flynt Ticaric and Milo Jason Eliot Corbitt; and his nieces and nephews, Leeanne Flynt Schulz (Ralph), Joy Flynt Johnson, Anna Michelle Dalton (Clinton), Henry Douglas Brooks and Mark Luther Brooks.
