He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Ray Keith, Sr. and Lou Pearl Keith. He is survived by: his children, Betty Raelinda Keith and Grady Ray Keith, III; his granddaughters, Isabella and Maddie Keith; and his brother Marvin Earl Keith, Sr. (Lynn Keith). He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew and numerous extended family.
