With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Duncan of Madison, Tennessee, born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Halcomb and Frances Williams Halcomb; her daughter Dinah Walton; and her grandmother Lauren "Angel" Williams. She is survived by: her husband Gibson Duncan, Jr.; her children, Debra Duncan and Gibson Duncan, III; her sister-in-law Gayle Doggett (Dale); her nephew Jeff Coleman (Laura); and her close friend John Whitaker (Claudia). She is also survived by cousins and extended family.
