He was predeceased by: his son Michael Mackay. He is survived by: his wife Gloria C Mackay; his children, Jacqueline Mackay, Kelly Richter (Matthew), Donald Mackay, Jr. (Kathy), Anthony Mackay and Nicholas Mackay; his stepsons, Kenneth "Roger" Freemon (Lucrecia), Keith "Randy" Freemon (Donna) and Kevin "Ray" Freemon; and his grandchildren, Heather Helton, Griffin Mackay, Nicholas Richter, Christen Bissinger, Krystal Reasonover, Kimberly Freemon, Kacey Freemon, Kevin Freemon and Kyle Freemon. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
