He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Marie Jarrett; and his grandfather Dee Payne Melton. He is survived by: his children, Jordan Jarrett, Matthew Jarrett, Dale Edward Jarrett, Jr. and Ariana Carter; his close friend Amanda Carter; his father Roger Dale Jarrett, Sr.; his siblings, Teresa Melton and Roger Dale Jarrett, Jr.; and his grandmother Annie Brunker.
