Farmer of Madison, TN.; his children, Melissa Gibson (Kirk) of Madison, Robert Hanson of Madison, William Hanson of Madison and James Hanson (Heather) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Devon Hanson, David Nolan, Ayrica Gibson, McKayla Hanson, William Hanson, Adrian Hanson, Fisher Davis, Bryce Hanson and Jayden Connor; his great grandchild Nicole; and his siblings, Virginia Lorance of Gallatin, Paul Nipper of Lebanon, Carolyn Woodson of Old Hickory, James Nipper of Selma, Ernest Nipper of Woodbury He, Hollis Nipper of Woodbury He and Mary Barrett of Woodbury He.
