With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarice Gabel (Madison, Tennessee), born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Allen Pool and Mary Audrey Morris Pool; her former husband Alfred Whitaker; her husband George Gabel; and her children, Robert Alfred Whitaker and Judith Kay Whitaker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Whitlow (Frank) and Terri Bridges (Ronnie); and her sister Mary Ruth Long of Chattanooga, TN. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
