He is survived by: his sons, Steve Smith (Angela) and Douglas Jay Smith (Kristi); his brother Tom Smith; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Smith and Mara Smith; his granddaughter Kristan Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Ricky Smith, Jacky Smith, Alicia Gay, Angie Smith, Moe Smith, Pam Beaty (Rusty), Blake Smith, Sandy Goliday and Dana Swilley.
