It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Jean Batts of Madison, Tennessee, who passed away on September 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ben Roy Batts, Sr.; and her son Ben "Benny" Roy Batts, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Tomlinson (Carl); her daughter-in-law Lynda Batts; her grandchildren, Sarah Williams, Elizabeth Starkey (Ryan), Ben "Roy" Batts (Gennifer), Iva Jean Aune (Michael) and Charles Batts; and her sister Cher Boyd. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
