She was predeceased by: her parents, S. F. Halcomb and Ruth Orr Halcomb; her husband Max Levinson; her siblings, Dick Halcomb, Will Frank Halcomb, Betty Rouse and Nancy Church; and her daughter-in-law Linda Levinson.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Levinson of Powell, OH and Leslie Griffin of West Chester, OH; and her grandsons, Sam Levinson, Matt Griffin and Chris Griffin (Kelly). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or Alzheimer's Association in her honor.
