He is survived by: his brother Darrell; his sister-in-law Phyllis Pitcock of Lafayette; his niece Jennifer Doneske of Goodlettsville; his nephew Jason Pitcock of Fountain Run, KY.; and his sister-in-law Becky Pitcock.
