He is survived by: his sons, Clifton Woodard of Lafayette, Cody Woodard (Dierdra) of Lafayette, Adam Woodard of Lafayette, Allan Woodard of Lafayette and Michael Woodard of Lafayette; and his sisters, Betty Byrn of Gallatin, Joanna Sherrill of Mt. Juliet and Eliza Guthery of Carthage. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
