She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Faulk and Mazelle Faulk; her son Raymond Edward Burwell, III; her granddaughter Tammy Lewis; and her brother Robert "Tip" Faulk.
She is survived by: her husband Willard "Dick" Foulk; her daughters, Vickie Lewis, Penny Gentry and Barbie Keene (Kenneth); and her siblings, George "Bud" Faulk, Jimmy Faulk and Judy White. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
