She was predeceased by: her brother Russell Lewis; and her father Virgil Lewis. She is survived by: her adoptive father Virgil Lewis; her husband Greg Mantooth; her children, Jacob Mantooth (Tiffany), Molly Mantooth, Samantha Jo Mantooth and Benjamin Mantooth (Tenille); her grandchildren, Taylor Mantooth, Noa Wallace, Jack, Colin, Millie Mantooth and Willow Liles; her mother Johnsie Lewis; and her brother Brent Lewis (Kristi).
