He was predeceased by: his parents, Rogers Burchell and Margaret Burchell; his siblings, Bob, Don, Charles D. "Rusty", Mike Burchell and Barbara McCord; and his nephew David Burchell.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Wilson Burchell of Lynnville, TN; his stepdaughters, Katherine Sauls (Gene) of Pulaski, TN and Sherri McCurry of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings, James "Jim" Burchell (Jennifer) of Minor Hill, TN, Gina Spain of Pulaski, TN, Carol Burchell of Pulaski, TN and Jan Darnell (Jeff) of Chapel Hill, TN.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Giles County Honor Guard.
