He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Turney Davis and Virginia Smith Davis; his siblings, Sarah Pilkinton, Myrtle McNeese, Noble, Cecil and Joe Wayne Davis; his wife Joann Johnson Davis of Lynnville; his children, Barry Davis (Connie) of Pulaski, Larry Davis (Karen) of Canton, GA and Norma Jo Murray of Madison, AL; his siblings, Eilene Davis Dale of Pulaski and James William Davis (Debbie) of Diana; his grandchildren, Chris Tarpley, Katie Lee Warrensford (Jeff, Andy Davis), Ashley Davis Miller (Troy) and Nicholas James Davis; and his great grandchildren, Channing, Aiden Tarpley, Jack, Ben Warrensford, Bryce Miller and Casen Yokely. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
