He is survived by: his wife Carole Sullivan of Lynnville, TN; his children, Delia Sullivan of Jefferson City, TN, Elizabeth Austin of Morristown, TN, Amy Cagle of Fayetteville, TN, Rachel Adams of St. Louis, MO and Todd Sullivan (Emily) of Elizabethtown, KY; his stepdaughters, Dana Poland Hayes (Mark) of Panama City, FL and Amy Poland of Lawrenceburg, TN; and his brothers, Earl Sullivan (Abbie) of La Quinta, CA and Dan Sullivan (Mary) of Glade Spring, VA.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
