He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Pipkin of Lynnville, TN; his siblings, Jerry Woodard, Charles Woodard, Donald Woodard of Lynnville, TN, Barbara Ann Garner of Prospect, TN, Wanda Carter of Prospect, TN and Joyce Hemphill of Pulaski, TN; and his grandchildren, Dayton Rudd, Braxton Woodard, Emma Pipkin, Blaine Woodard and Brantley Woodard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
