He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Warren and Katie Pearl Foster Warren; and his brothers, James Warren and Perry Warren. He is survived by: his wife Susan Elizabeth Hunt Warren of Lynnville, TN.; his children, Pam Dickey (John) of Pulaski, TN., Jackie Perry (Jonathan) of Fayetteville, TN., Jeff Warren (Penny) of Pulaski, TN., Elizabeth Jackson (Bo) of Belfast, TN. and Mark Warren (Nikki) of Lynnville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Ryan Southerland (Crystal), Reid Southerland (Nicole), Zach Bailey (Bonnie), Alli Perry, Amy Bass (Kenneth), Lee Warren (Emily), Tucker Jackson and Piper Jackson.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Odd Fellows Hall Scholarship fund, Still Waters Cowboy Church or to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
