She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Jesse and Doris Catherine Payne; and her brothers, William Payne and Robert Payne. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Shawn Payne, Marc Payne, Kevin Payne, Scott Payne and Michelle Denney; her siblings, Curtis Payne (Claudia), David Payne (Peggy), Sharon Payne, Charles Payne, Debera Weatherly (David), Linda Klancer (Richard) and Lynn Payne; and her friends, Karen Davis and Carey Barr. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
