He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Dugger, Sr. and Janie McConnell Dugger; his wife Sandra Yvonne White Dugger; and his siblings, Virginia Tyree, Carolyn Andrews, Henry Clay Dugger, Jr., William Dugger, Robert "Bob" Dugger, Donald Dugger, Sr. and Ronald Dugger.
He is survived by: his children, Casey Dugger (Jana) of Columbia and Teresa Rohling (Michael) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Hayden Dugger, LeighAnne Dugger, John Rohling and Marley Rohling; his sisters, Margaret Chapman of Lewisburg, Laquita Hobby of Mooresville, Darlene Alexander (Joe) of Lewisburg and Kathy Richardson (Michael) of Culleoka; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie Ann Dugger, Joyce Dugger, Donna Dugger and Doug Tyree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
