She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Crawford Finney and Erma Kellogg Finney; her children, Robert Theodore Baker Jr. (Debbie Baker) and Sharon Marie Ruhlander (Fritz Ruhlander); and her grandchildren, Andrew Ruhlander (Jennifer), Jenna Young (Joey), Allie, Ruthie, Gretchen and Vincent. She was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Joyce's Family Home (474 Finney Rd, Lynchburg, TN 37352).
Memorial donations may be directed to Joyce's favorite charities, Lynchburg Friends of Animals or Cancer Care Co-Payment Assistance Foundation.
