He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smith and Gladys Lucille Hyatt. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Smith of Brooklyn, John Smith of Mattawan and Marilyn Crampton of Winchester, TN. He is also survived by two nieces and six nephews.
