He is survived by: his wife Doris Jenkins Powell; his children, Sherry Tidwell (Dennis), Floyd Powell, Zane Powell, Tandy Powell, Stacey Powell (Lesa), Barry Todd Powell (Tina) and Travis Powell (Celene); his brother Ralph Powell; his brother-in-law Wilson Jenkins (Margaret); and his daughter-in-law Vickie Powell. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren along with many other relatives and friends.
