He is survived by: his children, Kathy Tibbs (Melvin), Patricia Scott (Raymond), Terry Tyler (Connie) and Sammy Tyler (Cindy); his daughter-in-law Nancy Tyler; and his siblings, Joyce Tyler, Bobby Tyler and John Tyler. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
