He is survived by: his parents, John Wynne Kelley, Jr. and Page Edgerton Kelley; his siblings, John, Howard and Virginia Deckbar; his wife Rhonda Leigh Nelson Kelley; his children, Paisleigh Kelley-DeVoe, Logan Kelley and Hudson Kelley; his children-in-law, Remy DeVoe and Deanna Baker; and his grandsons, Caleb and Bradley. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for assistance to help cover expenses related to Page's extensive medical care and to help finish construction on his passion project: building the family farm in Lyles, Tennessee.
