He was predeceased by: his parents, Deveraux Fenton and Helen Pate Bain; his brother Kenneth P. Bain; and his former wife Helen Irene Carlisle-Bain. He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Horne; and his children, David Carlisle William Carlisle and Kym Tucker (Jeff). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren 12 Great Grandchildren.
