She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Harrington and Mary Harrington; her husbands, James Newton Clayborn and D. L. Welch; her children, Billy Clayborn and Juanita Stephenson; her grandchildren, Donna Thornton, Angela Hope DeLoach, Lindsey Warren and Kyle Clayborn; and her children-in-law, Austin Lampley and Claudette Clayborn.

She is survived by: her children, James Clayborn of Dickson, Timmy Clayborn of Lyles, Terry Clayborn (Vanessa) of Lyles, Delores Lampley of McEwen, Linda Childress (Glenn) of Dickson, Rita Dunn of Dickson, Debbie Thomason (Bobby) of Pleasantview, Gina Jones (Craig) of Lyles and Jill Atchison of Lyles. She is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
