She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Martin Johnson, Sr. and Annie Belle House Johnson; her husband James Hartley; her children, Wanda Faye Barnes, William and Terry Hartley; her stepson David "Randy" Johsnon; her grandson Shane Hartley; and her siblings, Katie Gurley, Louise Foster, Barbara Faye, Mary Alice, Dorothy Lee Johnson, Thomas, Thomas M. Jr. and Roy Hughe Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Hartley (Jackie) of Rainsville, AL, Donald Hartley (Wendy) of Lyles, TN, Kaye Rainey (Thomas) of Bon Aqua, TN, Cathy Hartley (Gene) of Hurricane Mills, TN and Sherry Ashley (Chad) of Chapel Hill, TN; her siblings, Larry Tomlin (Pam) of Franklin, TN, Judy Tomlin (Glenn) of Smyrna, TN, Nancy Coke (Tommy) of Franklin, TN and Kevin Gurley (Amy) of Rainsville, AL; and her friend Eulene Johnson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
