He is survived by: his parents, Tia Sullivan and Terry Smith; his grandparents, Marvin and Barbara Sullivan; his siblings, Jessica Smith, Jennifer Meredith, Marty Saindon and Joshua Smith; his aunt Lisa Sullivan; his uncle Russ Sullivan; his niece Alivia Smith; his nephew Jayden Smith; and his close friends, Jorge Colon and Dylan Lemaster.
