She was predeceased by: her parents, Dealus Lawson and Beulah Lawson; her siblings, Artemus of Clarence, JL, Haroldine, Thomas, Betsy, Pearl and Anna; her grandchildren, Jason Paul Jeffers and Amy Lynn Douglas; and her great grandchild Mark Anthony Berry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lonzo of Tn, Jennifer of Tn and Arlene of Tn; her children, Brenda Samford and Dennis Jeffers (Jackie); and her stepsons, David Casey (Judy) and Mark Casey. She is also survived by twenty Grandchildren, thirty-seven Great Grandchildren and ten Great Great Grandchildren.
