She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Taylor and Susie Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Forrest of Luttrell; her daughter Paula Bailey of Knoxville; her stepchildren, Michael Forrest, Edward James Forrest, Rachel Stacy, Wendy Summers, Carl Huffman and Douglas Forrest; and her grandchildren, Keisha Keen, Tiffany Bailey, Amanda Bailey, Dakota Huffman, Jacob Huffman, Kaitlin Huffman, Logan Forrest and Destiny Cary.
