He is survived by: his mother Mary Phyllis England; his sons, John Allen Shackles, Jr. and Franklin Shackles; his siblings, Larry Jordan and Terry Marcum; and his stepchildren, Breann Welch, Jonathan and Ashley Jordan. He is also survived by other loving neighbors and friends.
