He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackie Ray Bailey and Mildred Kitts; his siblings, Rick Bailey and Linda Gail Bailey; and his grandparents, Claude Bailey (Goldie) and John Nicely (Beatrice).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Bailey (Chittum); his children, Justin Bailey, Jessica Turner and Trinity Turner; his siblings, Sharon Mink (Joe), Lisa Tolliver (Scott) and Chris Bailey (Katie); his siblings-in-law, Christy Grimm (Jeff) and Tim Chittum (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Laney, Zachery, Leaona, Ayden, Abigail and Braylen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
