He was predeceased by: his mother Penny Letner; his grandparents, Glen and Hazel Miller; his aunt Kathy Miller; and his uncle Randy Damewood.
He is survived by: his father James Garner; his daughters, Sierra Thatcher and Makayla Burrows; his close friend Terri Davis (Lynn) of Luttrell; his aunt Kimberly Garner Ellison of Knoxville; his siblings, Shane Letner of Luttrell, Rachel Thatcher of Luttrell and James Thatcher of Luttrell; and his friend Michael Solomon. He is also survived by Several cousins and other family members along with a host of friends.
