He is survived by: his wife Patsy Parsley; his children, Richard Parsley (Sheila), Carla Cross (Richard), Krystal Turnmire (Brent) and Leann Sexton; his granddaughter Kady Maples; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Karaline Maples, Mayson Douglas and Skye Sexton; his sisters, Faye Parsley, Sandra Wheeler and Judy Williams (Bill); and his friend Elwood Keck. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
