She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Bailey; her son D. Stacey Bailey; her parents, J. C. Sharp and Romey Sharp; and her sister Juanita Helton.

She is survived by: her sisters, Lonitta Barns (Jerry) and Joan Gray (David); and her grandsons, Jason and Chad Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made to ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
