She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shephard and Fannie Shephard; and her brother Leon Shephard. She is survived by: her husband James D. Hill; her sons, James Gregory Hill (Janet), Charles Albert Hill (Cynthia), Timothy Dale Hill (Joyce) and Michael Shawn Hill (Tammie); and her brother Thomas Edward Shephard. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
