He was predeceased by: his significant other Cissy Smith; his parents, Carnes Glynn and Mildred Dyer; and his nephew Chris Dyer. He is survived by: his stepdaughter April Ford; his grandchildren, Asjana, Devin and Jesse; his siblings, Jenny Coffman (Ronnie), Glenda Johnson (Rick), Bill Dyer (Tina), Connie Coffman (Alvis), C. G. Dyer, Ted Dyer (Donna) and Greg Dyer (Jill); his children, Tisha and Kelly; his nephew Eric "Bear" Moore; his sister-in-law Joyce Dyer; and his pet Lucy.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Tri-County Veterans Honor Guard, in care of Harold Miller, P.O. Box 362, Maynardville, TN 37807.
