He was predeceased by: his father L. G. Oaks. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wayne Oaks, Jr., Robby Lee Oaks, Hunter Ridge Oaks and Isabella Marie Oaks; his mother Loretta Arnold; and his sisters, Melissa Stevens, Tabitha Wyrick and April Edgar. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
