We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 94, Velma Mae Tolbert of Lupton City, Tennessee, born in Geraldine, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clark and Evelyn Lena Tolbert; her siblings, Charlie, Pete, Buck, Jim, Ralph Tolbert, Beulah, Sylvia and Sissie Tolbert; and her nephews, Larry and David Tolbert.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Terry, Tony, Mickey Tolbert, Linda Sullivan, Karon Tolbert, Jamie Brown and Lisa Tracy; her sister-in-law Noni Neal; and her close friends, Deanna, Theresa, Violet, Mechaele, Trish, Mark, Diana, Robert, Esther and Amos.
