Teresa Steen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Steen of Louisville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Jack Phillips; and her sister Becky Wheeler. She is survived by: her daughters, Janna Crow (Jerry) and Paige Steen Severance (Chip); her grandchildren, Annie Crow, Jonathan Crow, Anna Steen, Josiah Steen, Kaelyn Steen, Jacob Crow, Scout Severance, Megan Steen, William Tate Severance, Jessa Steen, Kathrynn Severance, Jack Severance and Henry Severance; her mother Jean Phillips; and her siblings, Jeff Phillips and Rachel Shafovaloff (Garry).

Masks are required to attend service and social distancing is encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Bethany House.
